John Wycliffe

INTRODUCTION

The previous website in this series of brief biographies concerned the life of Bernard of Clairvaux and how the Lord used him. With this vessel there were both strengths and weaknesses. The subject of this website is another vessel who was greatly used by the Lord, John Wycliffe. This servant of the Lord surpassed Bernard of Clairvaux; the very matters in which Bernard erred were those in which Wycliffe took a strong stand for the truth. Through this chosen vessel the Lord continued His recovery. John Hus and Martin Luther are also included in this series of four websites.
